No problem at all. You are welcome and wanted here! We are a community made up of all kinds of fitness levels and our coaches are here to guide you from your very first session. Every workout can be modified to match your ability. We focus on helping you develop sound mechanics, while adding the appropriate dose of intensity.

You don’t need to be fit to get started—that’s what we’re here for. At MTSC, we believe fitness is something you build over time, not a box you have to check before walking through the door.
Our athletes come from all kinds of backgrounds. Some hadn’t worked out in years when they joined us. Others had doctors orders to strength train. What matters most is that you’re ready to take the first step.
Our semi-private programming is designed to meet you where you are. The workout in every session is scalable up and down to meet you with exactly what you need to improve over time. Our coaches work with you to modify each workout so it fits your current level—safely and effectively.
We pride ourselves on being a community where beginners, lifelong athletes, and everyone in between can train side by side. No egos, no judgment—just progress, at your pace. -
Most gyms focus on packing the floor and turning leads into cash. Not us. We value quality over quantity. That means smaller classes, real coaching, and a strong community that lasts outside the gym. We’re here for long-term strength and sustainable change, not quick wins or crowded workouts.

Street parking is available along both sides of Main St. You can also find ample street parking on N Evergreen Dr and N Seaward Ave. There is a city lot on S Evergreen Dr and San Nicholas St that is a very short walk away.
